Knotty Brew Clothing
Clothing and items made by The Knotty Brew are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that meet these conditions will be issued as store credit or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yarn Purchases
Yarn purchased from The Knotty Brew is eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unwound, and in its original condition with labels intact. Returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

Local Vendor Items
All items made or supplied by local vendors are final sale. Due to the nature of small-batch and handmade goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on vendor items.

Workshops and Events
All workshop and event registrations are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior notice. In the event that The Knotty Brew must cancel or reschedule a workshop or event, registrants will be notified and offered a credit or refund.

Food and Beverage
All food and beverage purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Sale and Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
