Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation and Reschedule Policy To keep our workshops running smoothly and to respect the time and preparation of our instructors, we kindly ask guests to review our cancellation and reschedule policy before booking. All workshop bookings are final. Because each workshop requires advance preparation, materials, and reserved seating, we are unable to offer refunds. Rescheduling We allow one reschedule if requested at least 72 hours before the start of the first session. Reschedules are subject to availability and must be for a future date of the same workshop. Late Reschedules or No Shows Requests made within 72 hours, as well as no shows, are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. This helps us cover instructor time, materials already prepared, and reserved spots that cannot be refilled last minute. Transfer Your Spot If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend at no cost. Just let us know their name at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations by The Knotty Brew In the rare case we must cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unexpected circumstances, guests will receive a full credit toward a future workshop of their choice.
