We hope you love your order from The Knotty Brew. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to review return requests for eligible items.

Return Shipping

If you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The Knotty Brew does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for customer-initiated returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging before a refund can be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, The Knotty Brew will work with you to resolve the issue and cover any applicable replacement or return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return any eligible items in accordance with this policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and an order must be re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

US orders will ship via USPS or UPS with an average delivery time of 4 – 7 days from the ship date. Canadian orders will ship from our Canadian location via Canada Post Expedited Parcels with a delivery time of 4 – 7 days from the ship date.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information when the package ships.
