About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and community-minded barista to join our team at The Knotty Brew. This is not a basic coffee shop role. Our baristas are responsible for delivering exceptional specialty drinks while helping maintain the warm, creative atmosphere that makes our café unique. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where consistency, efficiency, and hospitality matter deeply.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years barista experience in a specialty café environment
Must be 18 years or older
Confident dialing in espresso and adjusting recipes as needed
Able to maintain consistency during high-volume rushes (especially weekends)
Excellent customer service skills with a warm, welcoming personality
Strong multitasking ability while staying calm under pressure
Cash handling and POS experience required
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
